If someone has gone through and passed phase I testing but not been to
phase II at the
time of National Rendezvous, will they be able to attend?
Anyone know how they go about best outfit? I mean do they like have
district outfits, Regional outfits, National outfits?
I just can't see how they would get everone who is skins.
