Fellow Commanders,
IMHO,we are being blessed with a man after God's heart and someone who truly loves
Rangers. He is a gentle man with a kind heart, but also stands firm in what he
believes in. He has done many things to help make our District very active. Not only
is he our District Cmdr. but also our MM Director and still is able to devote quality
time to both. Before being our Dist. Cmdr., he was our F.C.F. Prez and had a hand in
developing how Phase II is done now(can't be all perfect:-)). I know he is also close
with Fred Deaver. No matter how busy he is, Rich always finds time to answer any
questions asked of him. He will be missed here. Congratulations Razorback.
