Catalog. The awards are listed in the 1998 Leaders Manual pages 194 to
204
16. This one is a special one given out by the N'atl FCF( the ribbon is
red and white striped) I can't recall the name. Fred Deaver has one and
so does Paul Etheridge the S. Mo. District Production Coordinator and
former district FCF president. I'll Give you his address of phone number
