[RR] winter camp (mudcamp)

When will winter camp have some snow.  Last year there was no snow
either. Wintercamp is sceduled for feb.19-21.  Why can't it be sceduled
earlier in the winter?

It isn't effecting how many people are coming from our outpost (Wis.N
mich. #22). We are already full.
