I personally don't like the idea. A true GMA EARNER (not winner) would not
want anything given to him. Besides, if there are any GMA EARNER's out there
who are not in FCF already, there is probably a good reason why - like maybe
they chose not to be -- certainly not because they could not meet the
standards - unless a commander somewhere has slipped up.
