We simply just don't do FCF in our Outpost.
This is my 5th year as SR. Commander.
We have 5 Outpost Councilman
We have 24 leaders involved weekly
We have averaged over 20 outtings a year for the last 5 years.
We participate in Area to National Royal RangerEvents.
We have SA - Challengers.
We have 4 (soon to be GMA's) I have a group of 3 men going over the
requirements to be sure the i's are all dotted.
We are currently running a mini LTC sunday school class for 6 weeks.
We just finished camping in a cave and rappelling the face of it.
If the young men and men want to be in FCF they don't have time.
Royal Rangers by design is a full circle program/ministry. It raises
young boys into young leaders into leaders who continue the cycle over
again.
In my opinion: FCF, Honor Bound, Youth are all holes in the Ranger
Program. They may very well be fine programs and winning souls for the
Kingdom of God. But they never the less are holes in the Ranger Program.
Royal Rangers done right will keep young men and leaders involved and on
fire for Jesus and the Rangers. That is my calling.
Please remember brother. I know some very fine FCFer's who are very good
Ranger Commanders. In our Outpost we are Staying Focused on Royal
Rangers.
