Not to mention the prophets who will be here at that time. Revelation
reads this way

Rev 11:1 - 3
1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood,
saying,
Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that
worship therein.
2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it
not; for it is given
unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty
 and two months.
3 And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy for
1,260 days,
     clothed in sackcloth."

The 42 months and 1260 days are referring to the same period of time, 3 1/2
 years.
According to verse 2 the Gentiles (un-saved people / pagans) will trample
the temple. This
will most likely occur during the Tribulation period, perhaps the last half
 of the tribulation. These
two witnesses will proclaim the word of God during this period. This
chapter goes on to say, however,
that they will be ignored by the populus.

No way. I do believe that His Word will still be here, and many people will
be saved after the rapture, and those who are will preach.
