While, those are good credentials. I think the biggest one is does he have
a burden for reaching boys for Chirst? He can have all the Bible
training, Rangers and FCF he can take, but what good is it if he don't have
a burden for reaching boys for Chirst?

presupposes the idea of a heart burning to see boys touched and changed.
At least, that's MY definition of impeccable. But let's add that to the job
requirements so that there's no mistakin' what we're lookin' for.
