To Rangers the world over, welcome to the 2nd International Cyber Pow Wow.
The Internet provides each of us with awesome power and awesome
responsibility. Never before has mankind had the opportunity of
communicating with so many, so quickly, so cheaply.
This Cyber Pow Wow has been brought to you through the efforts of a number
of volunteers. Their passion for Royal Rangers and their burden for seeing
people come to Jesus, has driven them to extraordinary lengths and personal
sacrifice to produce what you see here.
If I could pray for one thing for each of you it would be this: that you
increase in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
This is the example that Jesus modelled for us - it is the what the four
gold points of our emblem remind us of - that each of us develop mentally,
physically, spiritually and socially.
Royal Rangers is a unique program. It's a "whole of life" experience and an
effective mentoring program for children and adults.
Royal Rangers isn't about badges, or camping, or tying knots.
Royal Rangers is about people coming to Jesus, and about people becoming
more like Jesus.
That's our goal. That's our aim. That's our purpose.
I pray each of you increase in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God
and man.

1) to inspire, encourage and motivate past, present and future Royal Rangers
and their leaders in the program and its life changing potential.
2) to foster strong bonds of friendship and brotherhood among Royal Rangers
and their leaders around the globe, building unity through Jesus Christ.
3) to give testimony to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and the life changing
power of the salvation He alone can give.
