Funny you should mention this. last week, our church along with secer
al other A/G churches has donated money for refugees that have fled
Kosovo. This morning our pastor showed a video from A/G Foreign
Missions, about Kosovo and what is happening there. There are several
Chrisitan brothers and sisters in Kosovo that are continuing to work and
spread the gospel. They are also assisting the refugees that are trying
to leave Kosovo. The main message of the video was an URGENT plea for
prayer. Please pray for peace in Kosovo. God has really put the people
of Kosovo on my heart. We ALL need to pray for peace in Kosovo. I
cannot imagine what it would be like to be rousted from my bed and told
to leave my house only with what clothes I am wearing now. Or being of
Military age, being taken to my back yeard and shot. I cannot imagine
what it would be like to be forced to flee into another country to seek
refuge. We as Americans, I don't think will ever understand this, since
our country is so large and so powerful. But some day we may have to face
this very same thing that these refugees are facing. Again, brothers and
sisters, please pray for peace in Kosovo.
