'Fraid you're asking the wrong person. I pay very little attention to the
media. I did notice that it was front page news in all but one newspaper
(who thought that the probability of British ground troops going into Kosovo
was more important). The only direct reaction I have experienced was a lady
who said that it was an awful event but at least the perpetrators shot
themselves. I don't think she realized the profundity of what she had said.
Satan has added at least 2 souls to share his *eternal* punishment. No
chance to repent, no chance of salvation, bang - gone. I do not see how any
one can blame it on the "gun culture". We have had at least two similar
tragedies with much tighter gun control. It is not a question of gun control
but mind control. Let's face it, if you restrict guns there are many other
ways of creating havoc. Fracture a gas pipe and then light a match - you'll
create a bigger catastrophe than with a gun if enough people are close by.
We fight not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers.
Our children have been sold the lie that discipline is unloving and if some
people have their way it will be enshrined in legislation. Fight the good
fight continue to educate the young men of America in the ways of God and
provide the best example you can with the help of Jesus.
