[RR] How do different FCF Districts do Phase 2 and 3

Y'all,
                        Spirit Rider told me that how Missiouri do there

Phase 2 and stuff.  I know how Metro South FCF do theirs but I was 

wondering how do each chapter do their own Phase 1-3?
