Dear Spirit Rider,

Well, you might look as a bad guy, that's true. But being nice in this case
does not help at all. You will just have more and more problems, offences,
and finally lose worker. So you GOTTA say NO. That's what is called "Hard
love".

By the way when brothers and sisters neglect their responsibilities, that
means they don't respect you. It looks to me, there is already a problem,
and you will fight with it until it is resolved. So it should be resolved
anyway.

Actually it is a good thing to set in the very beginning. Yes, you are my
close friend, relative, ... whomever. I love you, but you will have to be
responsible just like the others. There should be no favorites. It just
won't work this way. There's work to be done. There's responsibility with
it. There is control. If one can't be responsible, work will not be done
properly.

Of course, that all should be said in love. Like I usually say, "I need you,
I can't do it without y'all, but it just gotta be done right..." In private
we are friends, whomever... but when working we gotta be responsible. With
even higher standards, cause we know better each other...

Sometimes when you say no in love, they become even better commanders,
helpers. Cause you step up, build better relationship and understanding..

Bless you,
Boris Chikota "Bob"
