The stated requirement for the swimming merit is to attain the Red Cross "Advanced Beginner" certification. Apparently, Red Cross has changed their categorization and now uses a "7 Level" certification program. Does anyone know which of the 7 levels corresponds to the old "Advanced Beginner" level?
