Have you ever wondered into Walmart to get one item, and come
out with three bags?
We as Rangers need the same plan of attack for our boys.
Say boy A is invited to Rangers. He comes, and the outpost does the
same old thing they have been doing the past three weeks: Commander John
had a bad day and rather be at home. The program feature is called off
because nobody picked up the supplies. At the last minute Commander Tom
comes in a says there will be a campout this weekend but does not have the
permission slips.Sound like a headace?
Now let's take a different approach. When boy A comes to Rangers,
he is greated by Commander John and given something to do. Commander
Tom comes in and does a program feature for the up coming campout and
afterwards hands out the permission slips.
Think about it, you will see my point.
