*Left to my own resources, I turned to LTC Course 1
Organization to find my answer...
..and to my suprise and relief, National Training suggests
Senior Commander reports to the Chairman of the Outpost council!
*This does not absove me of responsibility... *But in promoteing
Royal Rangers I have recieved instruction from my training and
leaderhandbook as well as NTC instruction.
*I desire NOT to be in rebellion to pastoral authority, *But is there
anyway for bringing this to the attention of a Childrens Pastor under
the guidelines of Matt:18-15?
*Also HOLD on the phone# fer National *GOT IT!!
