First... I had a conversation with Nat'l President FCF Fred Deaver about
the parameters of membership in FCF.. the situation was in reguard to
Fraternity members who desired to return to fellowship.
That's where the phrase: "As long as one maintains a christian
test'r-mony"
Second...
The GMA is awarded by National Office.. and so "WE" would have no part in
asking for the return of the GMA... *and I beleve.. "WE" would prefer
to bring the fallen Ranger back into fellowship, thus makeing the action
"moot"<G>
However... Our AoG fellowship does retain the right to discriminate...
and a GMA could be voided for extream moral failure... *why not?
Third...
Scouts are debateing the validity of awarding Honorary Chairman status to
the President of the US for his admitted moral failure... *allready the
letters from the White House are beings signed by Hillery, who as yet
has not been found in contempt of the call by the Scout law to:
"keep myself physicaly strong-mentaly awake- and morally straight"
In conclusion:
Matt:18-15 offers a path for a person found in sin to regain fellowship.
I myself have had a gut-wrenching experiance...
A young FCF youngbuck.. former boy leader, who could recite the bible,
and wear the uniform correctly, and pass any inspection you migh give,
fell into sin and rebellion...
...and his Mother returned every Royal Ranger award includeing his FCF
pin.
Let me ask you what to tellme what I can do with that shiney brass pin?

*I decided to build an "award case" for promotion of the Outpost,
with various pins ect. of the Ranger program... His FCF pin will
rest there awaiting his return to fellowship.
