Ken;

I would suggest that it did take knowledge. Knowledge that came from *daily*
walking, and talking, with the Lord. (As the song reads, " . . . He walks with
me and He talks with me . . .) Adam had the greatest Teacher known to man-kind,
God, up close and personal. Adam, walking with Him daily. (ergo, daily walks
with the Lord must increase my knowledge.) Adam was able to name the animals,
plants, trees and Eve (woman) because he was taught by God, and had direct
intimate knowledge imparted to him from daily walks with the Lord. Adam gave it
all up for ONE sin, not because he had some great love for Eve, God could have
forgiven her sin without Adam also sinning. Eve could have died for her sin,
God could have made another just like her. But then there would have been no
need for His Son to die for us, for Adam, for Eve, for Cain. Jesus died once
for all. Did he only die for those who followed Him or did He also die for
those who went before Him? He died once for ALL. All means all, that's all all
means.

| It didn't take knowledge to name the animals, it just took imagination.
| And it doesn't take knowledge to avoid sin, either. It takes willpower
| and God's help...

| Some of the smartest, brightest, most knowledgeable people I know are also
| the worst sinners I know...
