All,
I'm deeply troubled by some events that happened last night.
One of my Pioneer boys came up stairs and said "Vicky (the missionetts
leader)
said he couldn't go to youth camp this year because he did not go to this
church."
In order to prevent him from making a big sceen, I told him I'd talk to
Vicky.
Vicky was busy after church and I talked to the youth pastor.
The Youth pastor basicly said he didn't mind on the last outting and since
he
is going to another Assemblies of God church, he should go with them.
I can understand that, however if the kid wants to go with his old church
by
gum let him. So what if he didn't mind. Is that what your going to tell the
Lord
on judgement day when asks why this kid was not allowed to go to camp?
The youth pastor has a point, but should we hinder someone from hearing
the Word? I don't think so.
Point I'm making is do we turn our backs and make them some elses problem?
