All, I've been thinking about something here lately, and thought I'd ask. It's just something that will make you stop and think. If you held a job title that hampered your performance as a Commander would you quit being the Commander? To me the performance of the local outpost should not be hampered, because one person can not perform there job title. This goes for everone from the outpost councile down to the outpost commander.
