Actually, (and this really surprised me) when I spent some time in Sarejevo a 
couple of years ago I was surprised how similar it was to other large cities 
- in spite of the fact that much of it was bombed out and the fact that it's 
not very large compared to cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Dallas.

Did you know it has nothing to do with the wind (weather)?  It actually 
refers to the politicians (and possibly the old Chicago gangs)
