To signify Jesus' death on the cross and His resurrection, and Easter lily is found on the other side, with a star in its center-just like the one that guided the Magi. Belivers in Jesus Christ need to quitely and constantly tell the story of our Savior's sacrifice-just like the sand dollar. Exhibiting love and caring demonstrates God's love. Showing patience and understanding cummunicates God's forgiveness. After drying and bleaching a sand dollar, it becomes white and rattles. When broke open, pieces that look lile doves spill out.
