I sent a reply to you yesterday, however it may not be in your in box yet? This
is when the Pastor should get involved. Without the Pastors involvment and
backing the program want work. Mom and pop teams work really well at this. You
can make a plea for a "team", tell them it's for just a season. Surely the
parents would want to be a part of there sons training. Remind them that they
were called even before they were even thought about here on earth. You can
guilt trip the parents, thats part of finesseing for leaders. As the mom and pop
teams start to get burnt out, go back to the pastor or childrens director and
plea for more help. Never, never, never give up!
God said what so ever you ask in faith believing, not wavering it shall be done.
We all are in agreeance with you on this brother on this God will provide!
