All,
While haveing your boys do push ups might seem logical ,
please remember something. Even though
the boy may be able to do the push ups it
might be doing more harm then good.
How do you know he is physicaly able to
them?
I sure wouldn't want to make a boy do
push ups only to turn around and explain
to the parnets why there son is in the ER.
Hope this makes sense.
