  Hi Crew!

Mike Burke here.  The National Academy is a staff school that is held in 
Springfield, It is for those who want to be on regional Staff (maybe 
District) and higher.  I don't know too many folks who went to it or when 
they are held, but I do know that you need a Royal Rangers mess dress 
uniform.
