All,
A few weeks ago in Rangers asked all the boys to tell
why they come to Rangers. Most of the boys answered
"to learn about God." I don't have a problem with that, but
it got me to thinking. I've asked myself this: What's the differance
between our Royal Rangers and Sunday school?
When I frist thought about that I might would of said nothing.
Looking back over the five years I've been a leader, I see men willing to
take the time to work with these boys and show them love. Some boys
might not even know what love is. Rangers might be the first place these
boys might of heard the name Jesus.
Anyone can lead a Sunday class, but it takes real dedication to be there on
Ranger night and make ever boy feel like he is wanted.
I think the Ranger and FCF motto sums it up: Ready to give to serve.

course others may take, but as for me, give me
liberty or give me death.
