IMHO, Rangers should appoint a liaison officer to assist GPH with orders so that they get orders sent out correctly, Someone who is familiar with the program. My guess is if it makes sense, it isn't going to happen. I'm not putting them down, they do do a great job and all and I do appreciate what they do and all but there does need to be an understanding so things don't get messed up. Perhaps and a thought may be, to send a sales rep to take an LTC so that they would understand how the thing is supposed to work and they would then understand.
