Again, I say to the list that this is not something the U. S. Postal Service
has, or wishes to do. It is a very bad rumor. As I am a Postmaster, I have
already received much literature from the USPS denouncing this. There was an
article on our web site that clearly stated that the USPS was not in favor of
doing this.
