Duane and Joshua were getting ready for Rangers at their new OP 354 last
week. I opted to spend the evening mopping and waxing the floors that
evening while they were gone. Suddenly the phone rang and it was Cdr Darrel
from OP 354. He asked "what are your plans for the evening". I said I was
kind've busy. Then he explained:

"Well I know that since you and Duane and Josh left OP 207, you have
"retired" from Rangers but I've kind've got a dilemma here. You see God has
blessed our Buckaroo Cdr with a new full time job and can't do Rangers
anymore. We don't have anyone who can step in at the moment and I thought if
you weren't busy......... (his voice trailed off). Then he continued, "You
won't be alone, there is a Lt.Cdr who has been helping for the last few
weeks and he is willing to assist you". Then he added, "I've already bounced
it off the Pastor and Sr.Cdr and they have no problem with you being
commander. You already know about 20 of the boys in our OP already since
they used to be your Buckaroos from OP 207!"

I hesitated and reflected on what was more profitable for the kingdom of
God, reaching, teaching keeping boys for Christ or ............waxed
floors..........

Cdr Jen - reporting for duty once again.
