All,

 I think "to each its own" is appropriate. What I mean 
is you know your boys and the circumstances surounding 
your boys. Some of are boys do pretty good at inviting 
others and a good percent of the groups are unchurched. 
Our problem is follow through. No excuses, we just 
haven't figured a good formula. It is difficult in that 
people have a hard time trusting because of so much 
crime. We are on the works of starting an incentive 
program to further reward the work that the boys do. 
There is not a lot of postive feed back that these boys 
get in there everyday life. So besides what we give 
them, we just want to add something a little special.
