You can't subscribe to the Cyber Pow-Wow, right now. The 1999 Cyber Pow-Wow is over, and the 2001 Cyber Pow-Wow hasn't even been planned, yet. However, you may join in the RangerNet "virtual campfire", and you may view the Cyber Pow-Wow web pages at http://rangernet.org/powwow/ for free.
A translation of the above web pages (and any text from emails you can copy and paste) is available at http://babelfish.altavista.digital.com, if you like.
The Cyber Pow-Wow is an event with a well-defined beginning and end, but the RangerNet mailing list and the RangerNet.org web site continue between Cyber Pow-Wows.
