If its the same JA I participated in high school, then 
it is a program where you learn how businesses run by 
business people. You learn about supply and demand, 
merchandising, assembly, etc. You also must present this 
product to an actual business group. My team decided to 
make gift boxes made of wood. Another team assembled 
first aid kits. I don't know if they do JA outside of 
the school setting.
