Hey John
> A short question and I may be out of my mind. I have been thinking of
>letting
our boys teach Rangers just once or maybe once a month.
I don't know why I want to let our boys do this, I guess to let them see what being a
Cmdr is. Plus let them give some responibilty out of it. Am I out of my mind?
 Has anyone tried this before?

I have. This term I let my Pioneer Boys 'run' thier own program. At the start of the
term
we had a Gold Bar meeting where all the boys planned out what they were going to do
this term, games, devotions, closing prayer, ect. Apart from a few minor hic ups it
has
gone smoothly. The devotions have been good. The games have been interesting. The
end result is that the boys have a renew interest in Rangers. They are keen to
complete their bookwork. I have a Commander helping me as well. All we do is make
sure the boys are doing what they are suppose to be doing. The key to it's success is
to have boys that turn up every week running to different parts. The side effect of
this is
that boys who only turn up once every two or three weeks now want to come each
week.
There's a storm coming, our Storm.
