I can see this with District strip and District or Section
staff.
I can't see it all with O/P numbers.
Can you imagine the logistical nightmare? How high do the
numbers go?
How many of each do you make? If you make 50 of each number
combo, and
the an outpost charters 5 people, 50 can last several years.
If the O/P
charters 60, 50 won't be enough for one year...
And you would have to have bins to store 300+
combinations...
