You had the same response from the guy at the national office. The patch is
a custom patch. There are minimum order quantities, which I believe is 12
without getting the Boy Scout catalog from the car. Thus, there is no
storage problem. You send the form to the company and they make and ship the
patches, which look a lot nicer than sewing three number together.
