Yes, if you plan to post it to RangerNet.
1. Word documents are often large enough to exceed the maximum posting size
for RangerNet (64KBytes).
2. Although a free Word Document viewer is available from Microsoft, this
doesn't help people who read this list with a Mac or Unix system.
3. Some people on Juno can't receive binary attachments at all.
You could generate the newsletter in Word, post it as a web page, then post
the URL to RangerNet, though.
