     It is important to know, that though most Juno users are unable to 
receive any type of attachments.  IF The person uses the Juno web as their 
ISP, they are indeed able to receive attachments just as any of the rest of 
us.  The only difficulty with this is that these folks would need to identify 
themselves as Juno Web users. This is where it can get hairy, because I 
believe that most of us are not going to sit down and make a list of who uses 
Juno Web. I believe that this newsletter would be better suited to being 
posted to a webpage, so that any of us can go there and download it.  This 
way, it won't make any kind of difference whether or not we are using the 
JUNO, the Hotmail, Yahoo, or a different type of computer like a PC, MAC or 
Unix or what ever else can access the web.  It levels the playing field this 
way, reaches more people, knocks down operational walls, and ultimately helps 
us to accomplish our overall mission of "Reach Teach and Keep."
