Let me try to bring a point to my ramblings.... My outpost is different from all other outposts. Yes, we are all Rangers, but what works in Royal Rangers in Idaho may not be what will work in Belton, Missouri. The main thing --- reaching Boys! Camping, hiking, awards, uniforms, discipline, GMA are all important and should be incorporated in the Royal Ranger program. Just don't get so busy with the "program", that you forget the ministry. Don't be afraid to do some things different. A#1 has had some great ideas lately. Some I have already tried, some I will try soon, others I will file away for later evaluation. Keep sharing yours ideas, visions, and sorrows with us on Rangernet. You never know what "small idea" of yours will inspire another commander. In His Service, Allen R.
