So next time you are in the grocery store, restaurant, or wherever; please
make sure that when they ring up your purchases that they start on 1 not
zero. When you thing that you are paying 2.49 for that gallon of milk, you
will be actually be paying 3.49 because everything starts out at 1. Be sure
to add a year to your age also.

21st
Century starting in 2000. from 1900 to 2000 is a hundred years.
The decades start when the year is 0 like 1990, 1980 and son on.
