Greetings to All,
I have a question for the Rangers outside of the United States. Do you use
the new program stuff like the Challengers here in the states? Or are you
continuing to use the older material like the AST program? I have been told
that the Rangers in the South American Countries still use the original
equipment and program also many of the countries in Africa also use the older
materials as the new stuff still hasn't got there yet. I was told that the
Royal Rangers in Ghana still use all of the older materials. English is
their official language there.
So what is the take on this from our brothers in places like Indonesia,
Australia, Germany, England, and others?
