Dear Commander Mark:
I was at the Current River two years in a row, 1971 and 1972, on a high school field trip. The first one was canoeing and the second year was backpacking. They both were beautiful. This was probably the beginning of my outdoorsman interest which led me to Colorado Outward Bound, Infantry School several more wilderness excursions, buckskinning and through it all I came to know Jesus Christ who had been calling me all of my life. Now I am a Ranger Commander, I know it all (ha,ha) and am still learning.
I was fishing on Table Rock Lake and never caught a bite but loved the area. I thought Missouri got hot! I love it cool. Branson is the center for the kind of music I like.

Only about 20 minutes from Branson.  The Current about 2 hours.  I work
in Springfield, MO as a Telephone Man for SWB.  I have been busy
reviewing tape footage today.  5 tapes and over 50 clips.  35 more to
go...grin!    I will send you a copy in a few.  While I was working with
the database I modified it a bit. Works pretty slick.  Let me know if you
have any suggestions.
