Sure. Tell Windows95 to shutdown and bootup dos only. Type in:
Date then press the enter key
If it doesn't give the date as a 4 digit number then you need to go into
the bios setup and change the date format. If you have a program like
Nut's and Bolts it will do it for you.
Please note some bios wont' allow this to be fixed. I have fixed several
with the Nut's and Bolts program and as far as I know they are all ok.
You get into the Bios on some systems by pressing the DEL key when it is
counting memory when it first boots up. Other keys are Ctlr and S keys
there are several different ways.
I went out on the net and found a fix for my BBS software and it fixed it
right up. That was the only Y2K bug I have found so far.
