I uploaded a New Version of the Royal Ranger Database. I added a bunch of lookup fields and made it relational so one database looks up data in the other database so you don't have to type it all in. Big improvement was the Advancement/Merit/Uniform/Gift database. Added more fields to sort by Quarter and lookups. It makes Nice Looking Certificates for all your advancements. So when you have Council of Acheivements/Award Ceremonies you can hand out a Certificate for Each Merit/Achievement by pressing print. Last quarter we were doing this by hand and our Advancement Coordinator and his wife and mother inlaw spent 2 evenings filling in Certificates for SA - CHA. Now the data is already there you just press print. Each ranger gets a full color certificate with his Name, Advancement/Merit, Date, Commanders Name, Outpost Name and more. Your going to love this. Over 100 living forms from Business Cards to Picture Phone Books. Those of you who are using the Royal Ranger Database now can export your Data and import it into this new Database. Backup your Ranger Data before doing this. I archive by the Year. So just copy last years Ranger Database into a new folder called 1999 just below your Royal Ranger Solution Directory, then install the new update and import your data from the 1999 RRangers.RRD datafile and the RRAdvanc.RRD datafile.
