Daer Rangers, I friend has asked me to post this for them for personal reasons, which I agree with. We are commanders in a outpost. It is up and running and in good shape. We believe that God has blessed us in all our efforts and we are seeing the great rewards. We are now feeling called to start an outpost in another church whose Pastor has a heart that is just drawing us in. We have never felt anything like this. It's like someone has magnetized ours spirits and has turned on a very powerful electro magnet. Till this time the two churchs we have been members of were the one his (my husband's) family attends. We have never (I know it sounds strange) gone out on our own seeking a church home and this was by accident (perhaps). The Pastor is anti apostasy but has told us that he has a vision for the church, a two year plan, for every part of the church and on Wednesdays it involves us, specifically. We have known this for a while and dealt with it talking together at home and in prayer. We are very excited and feel very much that this is from God. My husband says that when we visit there that he gets so well fed spiritually that he never wants to leave. The other side of this is that there is some fear. We have never started an outpost on our own and this church has never had one. Pastor has invited us to the church leadership meeting this Thursday evening to present Royal Rangers to the church board. Please pray that God would have his way, help our ministry and ourselves to be seen in a God annointed light. My husband says he will not go if there is not any show of others interested in the role of Commander as there are aleady 35 without an organized ministry and Pastor believes he can get us 100 once we get started. Me I just want to be where God wants us. Please be assured, that we would give a three month notice so as to train new commanders to replace us. The new pastor is aware of this and would not have it any other way. If any one has experience your thoughts and prayers would be welcome. God Bless There's a storm coming, our Storm.
