The North Carolina District had its All-Commander Conference this past
weekend with Cmdr. Rich Mariott in attendance to explain the new program.
Cmdr. Mariott is definitely the kind of man I want to see running our
show. If you haven't met him, try to do so. I got to spend a good
amount of time in one-on-one conversation with him, and I like his style.
Our district has appointed an (almost) entirely new staff to try and
rekindle the fire. They have also put into effect some big changes that
will filter down to the outposts - for the best.
