It is 81 degrees Fahrenheit in Washington, DC today. The cherry blossoms are likely about to pop open and it is the prettiest February day I have seen in a long while. God does pretty and beautiful things here, even though mankind likes to mess it all up. Once in a while, even right here in this city of politics, mismanagement and other problems, It's nice to know that someone can stop and Give God His due over something like the weather. it brings a certain order to the den of chaos called Capitol Hill. God's beauty accents the monuments and buildings, but it is also God's beauty that makes it nice here. I like to believe that God is smiling on that part of DC, when something like that is noticed. Have you ever thought about it where ever you may be? God is in control, not man. Man just likes to think he is but he isn't. Take the time out to thank the Lord today, think about the blessings God has given you, even if it is for something as simple as the flowers of garden, but just thank the Lord for it.
