I have to agree. At the very least, we should leave it
up to the individual outposts. Remember the Lords ways
are not our ways. Every situation is a little
different. My wifef serves as Commander Mom. And while
that is a little off the subject, it still makes the
point that mixing it up a little bit won't hurt. By
the way my wife is a teacher and the benefit of Her
skills far out ways having a girl in the group.
