Last night for a feature we talked about being clean.

I asked the boys to tell me what we use to clean things with. They replied,
SOAP!
I put a bar of soap on the table and said "this is Hand soap so what do you
use it for".
(To wash your hands they shouted).
Next I placed a small bottle of liquid soap on the table and said, " Ok
then if this is DISH soap what you use it for".
(Dishes!) They said again.
Then I put a dish of powdered soap and said this is "LAUNDRY soap".
(now catching on to the game they said, "YOU wash laundry" with it.

Then I brought out a tin which read: SADDLE SOAP.
There faces got serious and Anthony slowly said, "Uh you wash saddles with it?"

YES! I said and uncovered from a blanket I hauled in, a Pony Saddle. We
spent the evening washing the saddle, drying it and buffing it. Then as a
devotion we talked about how Jesus' blood is the "soap" to cleanse our souls.
