(1) Do you teach the Ten Commandments?
(2) How do you observe the Lord's Day?

(1) Yes when I was a ranger commander, I did teach the 10 commandments. It is
an important part of the covenant between God and ourselves.

(2) The Lord's day (sabbath) as it was mentioned (and to the bet of my
earthly knowledge) in the bible was described as a day of rest and
exhaltation to God almighty. In such, we should put the world behind us
entirely on that day and glorify God only. I myself fall short often fall
short of what I am describing, be it worrying about bills, or doing something
entirely for myself. however, we should strive to make at least one day
entirely devoted to God. This can be done many ways including things as
simple as taking a walk and seeing God's glory in the sky and the grass and
children all around. or as complex as sitting down and praying non-stop 24
hours. that is up to you as God leads you it may be one way one week and
another the next. But it is very important that we set QUALITY time aside for
God every week that is what I believe God says when referring to the Sabbath
or the Lords day.
