*I ain't here to pour COLD water on the wah-hoo..
But... what do we do with the hunderd's of FCF youngbucks..each
year if don't back THEM.. in show'n some color before the boys...
In FCF the "fire" is our symbol.. we didn't start it with a "woof"
we started it slow.. and invited all to come. *As the fire built we
fed it with our presence and joy... as it died down.. we got solem.
It only takes one "Commander" to trip a switch.. *Great.. Cool..
...mayby I'm miss'n something!
But what I know.. is we got many boys who figger we don't NEED THEM!
..and that 'jes plain wrong.. FCF youngbucks should be the Campfire Kings!
They should plan mygestic pagents of layerd "meaning" and build mystery-
*just like the call-out used to be a special time... it will "call more to
the fire"
*Shoot'n arrows into the campfire works.. yes-sir! HOWEVER!
*Putting "meaning" into the campfire build one that'll NEVER GO OUT!
light'n a fire is easy.. try keeping it going for 34 years....!
->A No.1<-
July 1966
P.S. go on.. I'm needing new idears fer lighting fires<G>
